Denver Post: RMGO Goes on Attack Against JeffCo GOP, Two Senate Contenders
After a malicious and false attack against our campaign by the anti-NRA group RMGO, the Denver Post highlighted several differences in the Senate District 22 primary.
“Nicolais, who is a member of the NRA, pointed out that he didn’t bother to fill out the survey for the same reason he didn’t fill out the AFL-CIO survey: He wasn’t going to get the endorsement. He said he received the survey after the gun group already endorsed Sanchez.
The primary matchup features Nicolais, a Colorado native who grew up in Jefferson County and served as a spokesman for a GOP group favoring civil unions (a no-no for RMGO and Brown) and Sanchez, a former California Democrat.”
